The m&p15 im after doesnt have the carry handle just a rear flip up sight. Im thinking of putting the cheek rest on on the m4 style butt stock. the place near base has em for 844 then the $100 smith rebate.

    Now here's my M&P plus my XD(M). :)

M&P has YHM Diamond series rifle length hand guards (OD Green) with low profile gas block to make way. Some MOE covers that I'm experimenting with, A.R.M.S. BUIS, EOTech 512, Vickers Combat Applications Sling, Predator's Custom Shop "Nasty Grip", VLTOR Emod stock, and of course the PMAGs.

XD(M) is a 9mm with Truglo night sights and Ceracoat OD Green slide.

Colt, Lewis Machine and Tool, Daniel Defense, Noveske. Do your research and you'll find that paying an extra $100 will get you a superior rifle.
Of course if you are just using it for plinking get whatever.

    oil change...
confused as to what guns you actually have. S&W or RRA?

99% of the ar's out there are superior to bushmaster

    he is on point though...
    This.
If you can get it for around $800 and dont want to mess around with ordering parts or putting together your own rifle then the S&W should suit your needs just fine.

Thanks guys well I ran into a problem today they dont have any m&p15s. So i went and called my ffl dealer in PA so lets see what that turns up. Ive done research on other brands the M&p just seem to fit the bill since I've heard all good things about em. Anyone know where i could order one online since my ffl can get them from where ever. Most ar15s except ones over a grand seem to be sold out.

Do yourself a favor and consider BCM before you make up your mind on S&W. Thank me later.:)

Is BCM bravo company? I also have my FFL looking for a Stag as the same carbine setup. Oh and I would like to thank everyone for mostly staying on the S&w platform got my questions answer. I'm kinda open to anything of quality for a carbine around 800-900 bucks as the same setup as the M&P i wanted

I think they used to do 50% discounts, now down to $100. Last I checked, at least.

you already had your handgaurds picked out so I wont list those.

order all that online and have your FFL dealer order you a known lower.
you can get a spikes fully assembled lower reciever for under 300

This is spikes website, I think there are better deals out there, Just gotta do your research.

I know S&W had a huge deal for active duty military, i think i still have the coupon and havent used it yet but it was for 40%off any of there items. You just get all the info of the gun and mail the coupon in with your payment and than they would send it to the FFL in like 6 weeks. I will have to see if its still a good coupon.
