I'm sure you have all gotten this alot but i need some help deciding how to do the 3 inch lift i want on the front of my 01 tacoma. It has 180K miles on it and worn out, bouncing all over the place and the 265/75/16 BFG all terrains i put on pro comp black rims are rubbing when i turn em. The lift for the rear is already decided, im going to get 3" skyjacker leafs and new shocks but i just dont know what to do with the front. any help would be appreciated!!

im going to go with the full replacement leaf springs since mine are sagging and squeaking and i dont like block lifts.....any ideas for how to do the front, it rides horrible right now i just have seen alot on the 3" range for the front about maybe having to do a diff drop and UCA's and all sorts of stuff i havent messed with before

ahh don't be mean just help the guy out he's new.

For a 3-inch lift in the front I would suggest getting Bilstein 5100's set at 0" and Eibach Coilovers that will give you 3-inches of lift

I was intending to be mean, just wondering. SO... I'll post again....

How much do you want to spend?

    $800-1300 = Coilovers

    $250-400 = Eibach/Bilsteins.

Diff drops are lame. No. Just bolt on suspension

i got the bilstein and eibach coils up front and all you need to do is bolt em in. you might need someone to put their weight on the front disc so it stretches down enough to fit the coil over in there. i need to do a diff drop because my cv angles are too steep

i hate to tell you but there still going to rip 6 months with my Eibachs and I tore a boot and I have the diff drop. you really need weight in the front of the truck to bring it down to 3". I just installed my winch and front bumper and I'm now sitting at 3"

okay well im installing a tube bumper in about a week so that will add some weight. but a diff drop still helps?
