I don't see how her age plays a part in this. She was fighting an adult and is average female adult size (she is a big girl.) Does the Officer have to yell "ARE YOU 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER? IF YOU ARE NOT I CANNOT PURSUE AND ARREST YOU, IF YOU RESIST. JUST WANTING TO MAKE SURE, OK?"

Mentaly she is 15. Are afraid of a "big girl"? (Not trying to start a keyboard fight) I came across a guy that was 6'2" 220. I was thinking holy shit, but I started shouting comands and he complied and was cuffed with no problem. Later we found out he had the mental capacity of a 12 year old. You would be suprised what a set of balls and a loud voice can do. This was 1am in a alley. It wasn't two in the afternoon in a shopping mall. I'm done, I'm not into bagging on fellow officers. I'm sure some of them here feel the same as I do. Not to worry Arizona, this isn't as bad as the rampart fuck up and rodey king.

 

And it is very clear this young lady likes her sammiches with extra extra!

 

The cops are to triger happy, and they have to much power. What that cop did, was wrong. He should be arrested to see how it fills to be on the other side.
