K'nex were OK but I hated trying to build Erector sets per the directions. Those parts were usually cannibalized for some other maniacal mechanations.

My 22 yr old brother still gets me Legos and RC cars for Christmas and birthdays.

The Magna Doodle: you write something on the surface with the magnetic pen. When you want to erase what you have written, slide the sliding magnet to one side or the other.

Anybody put one of these on their bikes? Mine was blue. Stick it on your handle and it sounds like a motor reving when you turned it.

And what about Mr. Potato Head, everybody had one of these. I had his wife, Mrs. Potato Head too.

Wow me too, Hot wheels and that track with the red/purple conectors. I din't get beat bad just a few wacks but it hurt. If we go a two years later my real best toys were not toys. My Schwinn Stingray & Sheridan blue streek pellet gun. My friend and I would spend days in the woods with our guns. Sometimes spend a few hours finding beer cans on the road sides then hours shooting them. I still have the gun.
