need stock speaker size and new speaker installation help

    gray wire mod, blacked out, debadged, toolbox foglights, cb in dash, system, bilstein 5100's in front wrapped in eibach coils, 5125's in the rear with 2 inch aal and 1 inch shackle, diff drop kit, extended rear brake line, 8000 lb smittybuilt winch on a custom winch bumper, 2 4 inch 100 watt kc's and 2 6 inch 100 watt kc's on the bumper, sometimes a ladder rack,much more to come
    i have some 6.5 inch speakers i'd like to put in my doors and 6x9s to go in the back of my 2003 extended cab but i dont know what the stock speaker sizes are therefore i dont know if i need any type of adapter i also have no idea how to get the stock speakers out without breaking something so i would appreciate any help thanks

    Front doors should be 5x7 (6x8). You can get adaptors to run a round 6.5". Not sure what the rears are but stuffing a 6x9 in will probably require you to cut some metal.
