I was driving around yesterday in the rain, and had my lights on. (or so I thought) When I pulled up to my friend, he asked my why only my corner's were on- and instantly "FFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUU" popped into my head.

Popped the hood, looked at the whole setup- and found water coming out of the relay harness. Emptied it all out, and tried it again- but no power went to the bulbs, and the relay itself sounded like it was boiling...and got pretty hot.

So now, I'm wondering; should I just replace the relay harness, or the ballasts as well?

DDM has a set for like $12, but I cant tell if the relay messed up the ballasts or not...

If nothing works at all, check the inline fuse in the harness. And it's unlikely that the fuse is still good and BOTH ballasts blew. So, if fuse is good, bad relay. Fuse is blown, change fuse.
