I'm looking for a 10" sub enclosure for a 2001 toyota tacoma with an extended cab. I seem to be having difficulty finding any in Washington State. I want it professional but not too pricey (a lot to ask for, I'm sure). And where would you recommend looking for advice on installing a sub and amp yourself? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Where in WA are you? I just PCS'd but spent 10yrs in the Tacoma area and know a few places to stay away from.

South King County area. I spent a good portion of last night looking up sub enclosures for my truck. I found a few good looking ones but none of the "stores" are in Washington and I'd rather not pay shipping and handling just to have something that doesnt fit right sent to me here, and then haveing to pay shipping again to send it back.

Well I'm sure you already know but if you end up looking in Tacoma, stay off Bridgeport or South Tacoma Way. I don't know about the last few yrs but my wife went to HS with some of the guys that use to work there and they would install your stuff and later break into your vehicle and steal it. Personally I did a custom box at Car Tunes. They were honest but pricey. Not the best place in the world but could'nt find any stero shops other then places like best buy that carried what I wanted. Oly, Lakewood, Tacoma area is really lacking in that area.

Not a lot of help but at least cutting a few places out.
