I went to this place(Richfield NC) based on positive input from others here and so far the work done is legit and the cost was reasonable.

They charged $300 in labor to install my Eibach springs/5100s(4)/AAL, by far the lowest quote I got.

    But...

I told the tech that I was going from 17"s to 16"s in wheel size and he said that it wouldn't work due to rotor size and tried to rail me on some 18"s they sold. You can sell someone your product without lying about their own... but everyones been pitched a line, right?-no biggie. I'm just lucky he didn't BS me on anything else I may not have known better on.

When I went to pick up my taco, the customer service was horrible. I had to butt in a conversation to get helped and they have an illiterate woman running the office(seriously she could not read) Not a big deal as long as she does not process payments--she processed payments. I was charged the correct quote and checked my statement, but not a big confidence builder..

Nobody's perfect and none of those issues are heart stoppers, the one negative to pay attention to would be the fact that when I got home and noticed my front flaps were gone and called them -they denied they were there when I brought it in:mad:

We roll the dice whenever we take our trucks somewhere rather than do it ourselves and I have read a lot worse in regards to lift install experiences, this is just another one of those experiences ..FWIW

Agreed- he referred to that same notebook since he forgot what he quoted me -LoL

Sadly he was the only one who could even verify I had a vehicle there since he 'checked me in'

Its a small time family run establishment, but that should be a good thing!

EXTREMELY over priced. they were going to charge me $900 + $400 trade for some 17x9 XD spy, which is a total of $1300. and i could get them at another tire store for $700 out the door, no trade. I suggest not using galloways unless there are no other options.

I haven't had them do any work for me, but I ordered a set of Black/Chrome Helo's, called to verify they were there and when I got there the girl said that they were nowhere to be found. After raising a lil cane the old man cut me a good deal on another set that I liked. This was my good experience.

I wont be going back after I went looking for some KM2's and the old guy tried pushing some off-brand that he had stocked/bought too many of and he was only going to give me 200 for my Kumho KL71's that six month prior I had paid $780 for... After some choiced words I left and will not be buying anything else from them
