Question to those who know the Hella 4000 Rallye HID lamp with external ballast. Can I purchase a 4000 HID Rallye replacement housing and add a D2S bulb and external ballast? This way I can get the correct reflector at a fraction of the cost of a Hella HID. My concern is the strange looking external ballast Hella provides and sealing the wire going thru the housing.

Thoughts?

Bet I can have the entire thing for $150 -$160 a unit. Again if the housing will accept this proposed setup.
