    I believe this part went out in my truck, i do not know the name of it though. please review my pictures maybe you will know.

    it is located behind the steering wheel, it connects the wires from the air bag, horn, and cruise control into the black panel / relay thingy so that when i turn the wheel the wires dont cross.
    in between the white plastic and steerin wheel
