I could honestly drink 10 or more SF energy drinks and be just fine. I guess I'm a functioning energy drinker? Haha

honestly for anyone trying to quit, dont just stop on a dime. you need to cut down or you will get withdrawles and shit. you will get painful headachs and stuff. like if you drink 2 a day, cut down to 1 for a week, then half for 2 weeks then 2 each week then stop.

my gf drinks like 8 cans of soda a day... and everytime she tries to stop she gets massive headach.

but women dont listen when we try to tell them something. ha

Agreed. I have definitely experienced the withdrawal headaches. Luckily it seems I don't need an energy drink level of caffeine to fix it. A soda will do it. I'm probably going to start weening myself off energy drinks. I'm not quite sure I'll be able to shake my diet soda habits tho :p

oh and when I quit drinking coffee a few moths back (I was only drinking 1 cup a day for like 6 months) I got pretty bad headaches for a few days, then they went away.

Wow!!! Frightening to read some of the posts in this thread. My 12 year old tells me about kids at her school drinking 1 or more a day. That blows my mind that folks are doing that. I absolutely forbid my kids from drinking them, and never drink them myself. All those 12 to 22 year olds are going to have such major heart/health issues when (if) they make it to their later 20's.

NOS Red bull are good. I think I like coffee more. It is easier for me to stop drinking and chewing than it is to stop caffeine. I started drinking it on deployment and have not been able to stop every since.

Tried those things overseas, and nearly vomitted at how gross they were. Sorry guys, not a fan. Haha

Have you tried the super concentrated red bull in the gold coloured cans? It's like drinking pure syrup.
