    Welcome to the site and congrats on the purchase! Butcher Jones and Sycamore are as hard or easy as you want to make it... decent little play ground that's pretty safe with stock skids and such. If you ever want to head out somewhere hit me up, I pretty much have every thur-sat off and every other wed off... though I've been rather busy these days but hey :)
