Let's hear it for the 99's!
I bought my 1999 Extra Cab SR5 4 banger in 2003, and it's the best purchase that I have ever made. I have put 120,000 miles on it, so far, and the only problem that I've ever had is when some jerkoff cut off my catalytic converter while I was at a Mariners game.
During the past year I have driven my truck about 1000-1200 a week, and the damn thing just keeps on going.
I've driven it from Seattle to Los Angeles a few times, from Seattle to North Carolina. I've had her on tank trails at Yakima Training Grounds, dirt trails at Fort Irwin, loaded it up with rifles and gear in the big snow storm of 2003 at Fort Lewis, and loaded up with parachutes at Dobbins Air base.
I love this truck, but I will need to upgrade someday. When I do, I hope that my son, Jake wants her. He's 13 now, so I've only got to hold out another 3 years.

I bought my truck with it already on it don't care for them much but it's there. I have had no issues so far. The wheeling I do is on our hunting lease so no jumps up stuff but lots of twisty trails. It has been on the truck since the day it was bought.

Ok i was just wondering because even driving on normal roads i have alot of movement. even after ptting extra braces on and better hardware then what is supplied.Been debating taking it off,but i like the look of 6"s.And defiently cant bring myself to spend an obscene amount of money ona drob bracket

On and off road I don't seem to have any unessesary movement. Like you though the 6 inch lift looks sweet and I'm not gonna spend money on a bigger lift. I debate taking it off often but always just say screw it and leave it on.
