18 x 20 Garage

Hey guys,

We are moving into a bigger house in July. I'm going to have a double car garage but it's pretty small, it's 18x20. I'm thinking that it's going to be a tight squeeze for my Tacoma and my wife's Rav4.

Anyone have pictures of a similar sized garage with two vehicles in it? I doubt I will even be able to have a work bench. However, there is a set of stairs from the garage that go down into a big workshop in the basement.

I have an 18-6x20-0. My DCSB and wife's Camry fit snugly. Let me see if I have any pictures.

 

I have a 19X20 garage with 2 feet of shelving going around most of it. The Taco and the Rav should fit just fine but a little tight....

I got my wife one of these signs very similar to what is showing below except it has flashing lights. As soon as she bumps the sign and it lights up, she knows to throw her Honda Pilot into park.....

 

Just measured our single car garage in our current house and it's 17 wide x 23 deep! I always thought it looked like it was almost big enough to fit two cars. It has a single car door and a regular "man" door next to it.

Well .... this might end up being the only thing I don't like about the new house.

It's an attached garage .... wonder how much it would cost to remove it and build a good sized garage??? My wife would kill me lol.
