Edmontonians hear my call!

So I have a big favour to ask. Let me fill you in on the back story first though.
I'm an EMT but due to dropping oil prices which subsequently caused rigs to shut down, I was laid off from my job for 3 months. I currently just got a job with help from a friend working counting cash at a grocery store. Which this helps stems the tide of bills, it pales in comparison to the industry cash I was making.

I've currently enrolled in a course located in St.Albert. However, I have no extra cash to afford a hotel/motel at $100 a night.

Does anyone have a 6"x2" strip in their basement they can donate for a fellow taco member to sleep on for 4 days? I'm quiet, polite, I don't steal and if I did I would have robbed that grocery store blind, I can cook, and provided I shower I don't smell.
As mentioned I don't have the money for a hotel/motel, but I'm willing to donate $100 to anyone who can help me out. The classes are from 9-5 so I won't be keeping odd hours and waking people up. I'm good with kids and pets and I don't bite.
