    I forgot to mention there are no water or power hookups in the parking garage


    edit... thats not true. I do remember seeing a power outlet at the other end of the building. But that means I'd have to rent the pressure washer, buy an extra long extension cord, and then I'd still have to locate a water faucet - which I haven't seen anywhere. I'd probably have to buy an extra long hose too.

    If you use the degreaser, don't park your truck there anymore. You don't want that crap kicking off the tires and onto your truck.

    Here's a picture of the spot. I took it after I put the cat litter down so that I have proof that I did it =/

    I am assigned two spots, one behind the other.

    I didnt read the whole thread-hope I'm not repeating this thought but..get yourself the BEST driveway cleaner you can get-SAVE YOUR RECEIPTS-clean the shit out of that spot, then let your vehicles' LACK OF LEAKAGE prove themselves innocent of stainage in question. Show the HOA they were wrong then demand compensation for materials and labor for your efforts.
