Hello all. New member here. Just picked up a 2011 Taco PreRunner SR5 DCSB last week. Love the truck am looking forward to dressing it up with some accessories in the weeks to come.

Recently found an ARE tonneau listed on CL in my area. The gentleman selling it states that is from a 2005 Tacoma DCSB and measures approx 5.6 X 5.0. I'm pretty sure that the Taco's are all the same from '05 to present, just wanted to hear a consensus from forum members who will be far more knowledgeable than I prior to committing to purchasing it. Are my thoughts correct?

For those who have purchased these in the past, how much were you guys paying, on average, to have it repainted? This one is maroon and I've got the dark gray. I wouldn't worry about repainting if it was black, but I'm of the opinion that maroon and gray would probably clash.

Also, the guy selling is doing so for a friend who is currently in the slammer. He's pretty sure the truck was an '05, but couldn't swear to it 100%. In the event it's from an '04, would it be compatible with the second generation Taco's?

    Thanks for input...

    Shane
