    I have a 4x4 block I cut about 6" long that I use for mine. Hopefully they have some scrap left from the fence.

    Sorry, but looks to me like they were improperly installed. I see two washers on the bolt head side and none on the other side of the bushing in the second pic. Looks like you even have the factory washer stacked on top of the new washer. there should be one new washer on each side of the bushing on both ends and no reuse of factory washers. Just looks like something was not done right.

    Washer|bushing|washer|Frame|washer|bushing|Washer|Nut.


    Fixed my typo. :)
