    The only place I know you can put a heart is CA. Cant put a heart in TX, TN or KY or NY. Not sure about the other 45 states though!

    I have the same plate frame. I wrapped the bottom in tape to black out the Toyota Racing Development part. It looks real clean on my red truck...
