HID fail after remote start

Stuck in the dark. I forgot the headlights on and walked away. About 30min later I remote start the truck and realize I left the lights on and they dont fire at all. I checked my fuses, connections, and grounds and they look good. I have the retrofit source harness and the fuse on that looks good too. I can hear the relays going with every click. Ballasts dont seem to be having any power. Just a guess by the usual small whine they make. Ballasts are the Morimoto 5Five. Only thing is I dont have a multimeter to verify the fuses. Any other ideas?
