This all started because Toytec won't ship to Canada and ECT apparently will. I ordered Eibach coils from them over a month ago. They charged my card March 16th. I called them March 25th to get an update. Was told I would be notified by email when they get shipped and given a tracking number. I was also told that I would have to pay another 20 dollars for shipping on top of the 40 they already charged me. I agreed to that because I was running out of options. After calling and emailing over a dozen times each since then they don't answer or call back. I just got off the phone with MasterCard and they're going to launch an investigation. They said I will get my money back but it'll take a while. I'm really not a crap disturber. I just want what I paid for.

Your bitch seems fair enough to me, & its just sad that we see more & more of this as shopping traffic increases buying items online. Its just bad business PR for a vendor to accept/ recieve payment weeks sometimes months before the purchaser has their items, I get that shit happens during the order/shipping process (back ordered, out of stock ,etc;) After the vendor gets paid, seems like theres little incentive to stay on suppliers, shippers, or whomever is holding up the program...good luck !!;)

Thanks for the tip but they don't sell Toytec or Eibach.

Ya I don't know what they are thinking. All it does is piss people off and get a bunch of negative comments on message boards. Anybody who reads this and gives them their money is nuts imho. BTW any Canadians looking for Toytec stuff can get it shipped from National 4wd or Silverwood Toyota. I called Toytec and Ben said he would ship to me after I told him my story so that's cool too.

Subject: Fwd: Your Eastside Custom Truck Order (385287) Updated

Hi. My order number is 385287. Your company charged my Mastercard more than a month ago for a pair of Toytec coil springs for my Tacoma. I have not received the product and I don’t even know if you shipped it to me. I have emailed and phoned you more than 20 times. Nobody answers the phone or replies to my emails. I understand you are having phone system issues but you must know that I am trying to contact you. My last contact was with Judy on March 25th and she told me I would be notified and given a tracking number when my product shipped. That obviously has not happened. If you can’t deliver my merchandise do the right thing and refund the 200 dollars you had no problem charging to my card. If you are sending or have already sent my stuff at least tell me what the status is. I already contacted Mastercard and they have started an investigation into this situation. I will stop this complaint if you send my package. I think this is more than fair. I look forward to hearing from you. You may reply to this email or call 705 333 XXXX.
    Thank you

They did end up shipping my eibachs after some technical issues with their system.
Just wish I could have been kept in the loop.

I hope so...going to just order strait from Toyotech as soon as i get my money back. Only reason i ordered from them is to save a few bucks...NOT worth it.
