I dont think anyone here would be mean to someone who just got into an accident. We are simply saying you might get better responses to your airbag question if you try a forum for your specific car. We could give you random reasons, but talking to people who have a matix im sure some have had a similar experiance.

OP i broke my back in november so i know what your going thru.. Only advice i can give you is just chill. That "turtle shells" your gonna wear really limit your movement. i wish you a speedy recovery as i still have issues with pain daily..
