Personal experience with trading in a relatively new vehicle?

I would suggest you sell the car on your own. You'll get at very least a few grand more than any dealer will give you. Toyota offered me $6500 for my yaris, i sold it for $9000. Nissan offered me $2500 for my colorado, sold it for $10,000.
Another thing i would suggest is buy a used truck. You will probably save an average of $5000 by selling privately and buying a next to new used truck.

 

But for how long?.....

 

Put a fs sign on it for about 10k more than its worth, if some idiot decides thats teh car they want and offers to pay it sell it.. LOL...

I know a few friends that did that with theirs, one got 37k for his 06 sti... it was partially built but not worth that much.. Hell he only paid 30 for the car....
