Engine coolant?

    It is true the anti-freeze/coolant raises boiling point... but altitude doesn't matter since the system's pressurized.

    I don't really suggest anyone doing this anyway! I mean, no freeze protection at all? Even to a desert-dweller: that means no winter mountain excursions and what about those rare freezes? scary. Naah... just somethin' to talk about... modern systems work pretty well anyway so there's just no sense going there, in practical use, to get heat-transfer improvement.

    To add to the anecdotal evidence pool... I had a run on my Honda's and Isuzu's. 100% of the time when I changed from the factory fill to Prestone green (inorganic, high silicate) the water pump went bad within about 20K miles. When I read that Japanese cars didn't use silicates and what it does to water pumps not designed for it, I knew why it happened. That doesn't mean you have to use factory, but it does make it easy to avoid repeats of my experiences.
