exhaust/headers

Since day one I've been wanting to put in a exhaust on my truck. I don't want it to sound like a ricer but knowing I will have to give up some MPG for sound might be a little worth it since my school is near by and haven't done any big trips on my truck yet. Does anyone recommend brands of headers? Exhaust I got it covered since my dads old mustang and friends car. Just want my truck to sound like a lion and not a kitty cat meow. But guess that's the price I pay for getting a 4banger<3

 

i dont want to be an ass but this has been covered a few times over. eveyone is going to tell you a doug thorley long tube header or lce headers, and as far as muffler, thats up to you. i currently run a delta 40 flowmaster on my 4 banger and i love the sound i get out of it.

 

thanks for quick response. yea I saw a guy post on here couple weeks ago but havent been on and been trying to find it for about 30 mins and just got tired of searching.
