hey guys i found a good app on my iphone (im sure you can get it on droid) it’s called skullcandy. and you can find slops, motocross tracks, surf spots, and skate parks. dealers, shops, and it has some music. and on the slops it tells you how much snow they have. how to get there. and what the weather is like.

i actually bought the 6th xB every sold in the states years ago when they were only in So. Cal. we had some great snow trips in it but only as long as the roads were open and because it was so new nobody mad a roof rack for it so we could only roll two people in it. might still have some chains for it that i never had to use.

I've never been, but have been dying to try it for the past few years. My cousin loves to board and plans on teaching me.

You guys go up to Gatlinburg to board?

I gotta Burton charger, the edges are fucked so I'm in the market for a new board. Hopefully save some money by buying in the off season (summer )

I want a decent board thats not too expensive, some of those bindings with the fast release (dont know what they're called)

Last season was good I hit up Mt High, Mt Baldy in So Cal , and Brianhead Utah. Brianhead was by far the best, went once for new years it was so good went back in late sping (end of April) and there was still plenty of powder !!

you should try it! and if you do let me know and if i can i’ll go up too. i’m still kinda learning. at ober it’s $35 to rent board and boots i think. but they are really crapy boards. after about 4 times or so and you like it. look at getting a board. and if you do get one go to board room! i think they are allot nicer than alpine ski center. and most likely if you talk to them a little just about ober or riding they may give you better deal. i think they took like $100 to $150 off my price. wear a bouts you live in knoxville? i’m right by Norris and Clinton.
ROME SDS size 153 is what i got. i have flow bindings and forum boots. and i had to get a leash. i paid i think $600 for everything! maybe a little bit more or less. my board is kinda an intermediate. i hear Forum boards are good. and there some others but i don’t remember names. talk to one of you’r locale shops. they can give best info, on what will work best for you and the terrain you will ride most.

when i get back home(around the end of the month it looks like) i will make a short video on how my bindings work. i would do it now but i’m 11h hours from home.

no. i dont think so. mine are mounted to the board. the only part that comes off is the part that goes over you’r toes. the back and the rest stay on board.
