Installed AFE CAI . Possible Problem....

I installed my new AFE today but something must be wrong.
When i turned her on tonight the red light that is to the left of the steering wheel toward the fog lights button was glowing... I pressed it and it went off.... Is something wrong with my installation or did just come on and need to be reset since i had to disconnect all the stuff for the install. Thanks TW

yeah i never had a problem either, maybe its that sensor, i forgot what its called but theres two bolts that attatches it to the new AFE pipe, installing that incorrect might cause a light to show up on the dash maybe? thats all i can think of since nothing else could really throw up a light, its pretty simple

nah bro, near the switches to the left of the wheel. you know..fog lights, atrac, diff lock, etc

 

Maybe the Auto LSD? But I thought that was yellow/amber?

I'm thinking OP is referring to the small red light/button that you get with some Alarm systems.

 

Yeah its nothing on the dash. its over by the fog lights. Nothing was over heating (or at least never showed to be overheating on the dash.) The button is a little one similar to an alarm red light.... give me a min and i can post a pic.

why would that be on when i'm driving though?
