    I installed the lift myself w/ the help of a couple buddies and a case of beer. :D It's very doable for someone who has basic mechanical knowledge and a access to some decent tools like a floor jack, jack stands, impact wrench (not totally needed but nice), sockets, etc. Oh yeah, I used a "Big F'n Hammer" a couple times too! The truck is leveled out with this lift. The front is supposed to be a full 3" and I think the add-a-leaf only raises the rear around 2".

    The ride w/ the add-a-leaf is noticeably stiffer, but not bad at all. It is nice to be able to haul more though. I've hauled a lot of stuff in the bed and it doesn't squat as much when you really get it loaded.
