locker mod with dpdt relay 08 dble cab off road

    before i go cutting wires are there any problems with this mod i bought the relay and have time this weekend to do it . i researched and it looks like it will be fine

    I performed this mod several months ago with no problems to date. I have used my locker several times and it works like a charm.

    Harden your bark, there are storms on the horizon.
    mine's been done for 2 years with no ill effects. i would reccommend getting the socket that fits your relay, in case the relay ever goes bad, you don't have to re-solder everything...just unplug the relay and get a new one.
