Shouldn't have any problem at all with that load. Just check the normal things before you make the trip (tire pressure, coolant, etc) and remember just because the speed limit is 65 doesn't mean you can't drive 60 and be easier on your truck.

I put a Honda 1800 VTX (754 lbs.) in the bed of a 03 Reg Cab 2.7 auto. Drove over 1k miles 70-75 mph. No problem. I LOVE MY TOYOTA !!!

I've hauled 1700+ in my 5 lug without a single issue. I also just got back from a 1500 mile round trip to Canada with me and my buddy (300 lbs.) + 300 lbs. of gear in the bed + I was towing a jet ski (~800 lbs)....JUST DO IT. You're not going to hurt anything.

about every other week im moving 1200 pounds of dirt in the back of my truck "at a time" ill do it a couple times that given day for what ever the job is. i do alot of landscaping and have to move rocks, mulch, dirt, ect. Though when you put that much weight in the back it doesnt look pretty with my stock 5 lug suspension it sure as heck gets the job done, just destribute the weight well and try to put more towards the cab rather than the tail gate.
