x2 They are trying too hard to get that casual funniness BBC had. Basically garbage. Plus no British accents. Thats what made the original top gear:D

Really, that was the best they could do with $5000 for 4x4's? What a bunch of crap. I can look on CL right now and get a Toyota truck 4x4 and it would have beat those 3. The Jeep I can see in the competition. I think that a Toyota should have been in there.

I think they mentioned it had to be an american made vehicle. There is no such thing as "4lo" for those guys.

What do you mean they had no 4lo? You could get a k5 blazer for far less than 5k and it certainly has 4lo. Broncos 4 lo

I want to know: what happened to the "new" car reviews and test drives around the track? And the star in a reasonably priced car?

Some episodes have these aspects, others don't... plus, other than Tanner, what makes these guys "expert" car reviewers?! Its something I watch, but prefer the BBC show.

Did I say that just because I drive one? Fuck no. It's a fact that smaller 4x4's outperform full size rigs no what brand/make they are. Give me a compact 4x4 over a full size any day.

I have watched all 17 seasons of the original BBC Top Gear love everything about it, Top Gear USA has picked the wrong guys for the show. Some one said "They are trying too hard" I agree.

I agree with most everyone on here about american top gear sucking so badly. Has anyone seen a show call the Car Show(?) On the speed channel its everything American top gear should have been
