free alcohol leads to clothes coming off, in which case you'd better wash your ass so you may spare yourself from being embarassed by the skid marks in your drawers haha

I would see if you can find a good deal on an 07. They have not changed anything between 07-08. Save your money if you want. altho...I hearthat 2009 is going to have some major changes but I dont see it till 2010...knowing toyota's track record, then again, their is a pic on the net of a new standard cab coming back out in 2010...looks like a ridgeline but the size of a small honda civic....you can see it @ Tundra solutions!...............GOOD LUCK!

Pop N Lock + Hose Clamp. DTRL, AFE drop-In Dry filter, 6-1/2" Replacement Speakers, JVC HD Radio, Sam's club variety Floor mats (cheap but effective), Chrome Exhaust tip, Bed Mat from ol' Ford Ranger. As of 3/25/2020, the Odometer just turned 70K.
Mine was a 2007 TRD Sport Access cab with TOW pkg. and 6-CD radiopkg. I paid $25,250 before tax, tag and title.

Look for 2007 if you can as there is a $1,000 rebate for 2007 models. I got the $1000 rebate...:)

And if you can find the 2007 left overs, dealers will do practically anything to get rid of it. Take advantage by DEMANDING that they drop the "Dealer Holdback, Whole Sale Fianancing Reserves and TDA (Toyota Dealer Advertising fees). I did and they dropped it all....

    So good luck....

Living in the midwest, I picked up my Indigo ink '08 DC TRD Sport 4x4 Tow Auto 6-disc CD for $27.5K before TTL and extended warranty. They threw in hood protector and all-weather mats.

No matter what, dealing with dealers is my least favorite activity... no matter the deal, I'm certain that they got the better end. :(

I think I got a fair deal at my Nashville area dealer. Non-TTL sticker was $27,300, and we negotiated down to $25,400, which included the $750 cashback incentive. A trade was involved and they came close enough to the Carmax offering to make it a wash. There was probably still some meat on the bone to wheel and deal over but I'm OK with that, in consideration for their exceptionally professional demeanor.

Pre-Runner at $25,400 before TTL ? Mine was a 2007 TRD Sport Access cab 4x4 with TOW pkg. and 6-CD radiopkg. I paid $25,250 before tax, tag and title. Since mine was a 2007 model, I got the $1000 rebate...:) Did you get them to remove Dealerholdback, Wholesale Financial Reserves, and TDA ??

Looks like you got a really sweet deal!

To answer your question, I did not get them to remove the holdback or their other nest eggs.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the transaction on the '08. Call me crazy or call it karma but, in addition to the bottom line, I place considerable value on the dealership - its location, appearance, operations, professional and well mannered staff, and the ability to deliver the goods in a timely fashion. Should I have ANY needs from them, I'm confident they will take excellent care of me.

Good that you feel you value the dealer professionalism, etc... If you intend on patronizing them for your services and what not, I guess one has to put some value on them....

Now try to get the Leaf Spring and Tailgate TSB performed thru them. If they give you no hassle and orders up the parts for you, then you would know your Nashville dealership was worth the money....

Not on a 4x4. Factory invoice on a Double Cab (4x4) with the TRD Sport and Tow package is $27K. You'd be lucky to find a dealer who would sell for $500 above factory invoice let alone below it.

If you're looking for a PreRunner, it's possible.

Go to Kelly Blue Book and get the factory invoice for the truck (www.kbb.com). The invoice they list when you select the vehicle is just a stock truck. Be sure to select the "Price with options" link to get the invoice price with your options.
