    There's a bug place to wheel in Bonita Springs. Big Cypress as well (though y'all would need to buy the permit- and you need 4x4). Neither spot will be affected by hunting season...

    Not exactly- the trailhead is north of alligator alley (I-75). But there's no access on 75, so you have to go down to tamiami trail (highway 41) which is south of miami.

    There's plenty of camping though and it'd be something new for those who have been to citrus/croom a bunch and are looking for something a little different
