Haha they look brand new other than the lugs missing. They do have quite a bit of tread left though.

had the KM2s on my first gen...then needed new tires. Got the Duratracs. Fell in love with that tire. SO much that I just sold my Bfg's on my 11 DC TRD and bought some more Duratracs.

    KM2s. :)

I'll never run another tire, both of my sets I've had have really amazed me with their capability, on road and off. I get great wear with them as well. My current set has nearly 30,000 miles and still have plenty of miles left on them. Never had an issue with balancing. They've performed well in the minimal amount of snow driving I've done. They have good street manners and they're not too noisy on the freeway, although you can hear them...but I like that. ;)

    I think I covered the basics. :p

hmm well it looks pretty even, i live in NH and we get a shatload of snow every year, and there really isnt a whole lot of off road trails around so looks like the duratracs are gonna be better.

You are not really comparing the same type of tires...if you had said BFG AT KOs or Duras I would have said Duras but since you asked KMS I said those for the shear fact they are a way better offroad tire. The question is do you find yourself offroading a lot? If so KM2s if not I sya Duras but both are great tires for what they are designed for.

My duratrac's have amazing wet weather traction. Everyone I have talked to say the same thing....they kick ass in the snow and are great everywhere else. I haven't been offroad yet with them. They are relatively quiet but you WILL hear them, especially at highway speeds. Certainly a lot quieter than a MT! I would definately get the duratrac unless you spend most of your time offroad.
