No Low Beams/High Beams Always on

As im pulling out of my driveway this morning, I switch on my lights only to have my high beams come on right away. I fiddle with the light switch lever and knobs, and only my high beams are working. No fogs as expected.

We had a pretty big storm last night, hamilton ontario region, and I ran through some good puddles that splashed right up over the hood.

Im suspecting a relay, but can anyone point me in the right direction? I've had my taco for 2.5 years now, its an 06 and this is my first real issue.

You hit the nail on the head taco85, I didn't need a replacement. I just pulled it out and removed the cover, gave it a stab with a screwdriver to free it up and that's all it took.
