Hey can anyone tell me the difference between these N-Fab side bars besides the color and finishes? I'm looking at getting the N/FT0678CC, the ones that were $346.99 but are now on sale. The description between that one and the N/FT0580CC (very top one) are exactly the same but there's like a $60 difference and there both powder coated black! Here's the link:

I beleive the N/FT0678CC is the 2" rounnd ones and the N/FT05800CC are the 3" inch tubes. They both say 3 " but go to N-Fabs web site and it shows that number to be 2".....

Yeah that's what I'm planning on getting. hey quick question. I guess it doesn't matter if you have a short bed or long bed for side steps? They will work on both, or do they make seperate nerf bars for that?

it depends if you get the "cab length" bars or the "wheel to wheel" bars. The cab length bars are the same length between long and short bed.

the wheel to wheel bars are different depending on the bed.

I have the wheel to wheel, which on the short bed, is only about 3" longer than the cab length. I like the wheel to wheel better as it fills in the entire area between the wheels.

Okay I see what your saying. Only reason I ask is if I decide on getting the N-Fab ones, I want to give my current tube bars to my buddy, but he has a long bed. I'm just wondering if they will fit his truck?

No, there actually made by "Bully." He wanted some black nerf bars for a long time so I might just give them to him for his early bday gift or something! ;)

Instead of starting a new thread, I figured I would just piggy back on this one. What is the difference between N/FT0678CC and N/FT0678QC. I figure one is the 6 step design and one is the 4 step design, just cant find a confiramtion on that. Those part numbers are off 4wheel parts, the numbers on NFAB are differnet but still end in CC or QC. Whats the difference?
