I am thinking of painting or Linexing the top of my FJ and I am curious on a price estimate. Curious if there are any paint experts out there. Any info would be awesome.

Well it's impossible to just throw a quote out there unfortunately... But given that it's just a roof, and being a newer vehicle, shouldn't require any bodywork, just removal of roof rails, etc... Shouldn't be too expensive, but again, you'll have to get a quote from your local shop, as not all shops are equal. We'd charge around $500 for that job, but other shops will charge less I'm sure.

I ran a LineX in phx for years, I would paint the roof, LineX Fades over time unless you have their Kevlar top coat applied.. LineX is the top of the line for bedliners, I love the stuff.. It would help sound proof the roof though.. To cap it off I would paint it.. PM me if you have any other ?s
