What college?

Wait, NON renewable, or renewable?

for renewable, try Oregon Institute of Technology. They have a program specifically for this, and it's kind of been their big deal for the past 5 years or so. They've been developing the hell out of that degree. There's a satellite campus in Portland, but the main campus is Klamath Falls. I won't lie, K Falls sucks for the social life (only good for outdoorsy things), but if you want straight education, they know their business.

If you want ODFW and forestry, OSU.
ODFW doesn't pay for crap, but the work is very interesting. My friend pulls ridiculous overtime just because he loves his job that much.
To get a career in Forestry, you better know somebody. It's probably easier to get a redneck into the mafia. Forestry employees are lifers, and don't retire any time too quick.

Washington State as well as University of Idaho have great Natural Resource Science majors and Forestry majors

 

I got my associates at a community college on the west side, then finished my degree at CWU.
I loved it there. The campus is nice, and Ellensburg is not too big/small, and there are hot girls everywhere!
I don't know if they have the program you want though. My major was law & justice.

 

I got into U Dub, almost went, heard its a fantastic school for biology

 

Its also one of the top engineering schools in the nation i think

 

UW has a bad social reputation. Both Ted Bundy and Amanda Knox went to UW. Do you really want to be known to go to the same school as those people? I didn't think so. Go to the school where Paul Allen went instead

 

Dont know any of those names. Plus who gives a shit about who went were. Its not a bad social reputation. Its got a booming social status. Just...A LOT of alcohol involved lol Its the #1 party school in America. that can be a good or bad thing...

x2, OSU had Katherine Ann Power (spent 10 years on FBI most wanted), but also had Timothy S. Leatherman (yes, THE Leatherman), Douglas Engelbart (inventor of the computer mouse), and others. Doesn't mean jack, you still have the benefit of being a screw-up or be the inventor of awesome.

Uhh... bad thing unless you are in one of those wuss majors that won't get you a job.

Plus, UW is NOT the number 1 party school in the nation. It's no where even on the radar

 

I went to UW... it is a very hard school to get into... you may want to review the admission requirements... also it takes about a year to get into a university if you meet the admission deadline. Might want to check there site out

 

I go to Wright State University, its a pretty good school and is right next to WPAFB

 

Last I heard was Florida, but that's been years.

I will give you that. UW is a good school. But being a Cougar, I can't stand Purple and Gold. Or anything that goes with those colors

 

Lol yea it is. In a survey of schools they "awarded" i think Florida state...but they also then claimed that they didn't include UW because professionals weren't allowed to participate lol
