You do not understand drag racing or roll racing. First off all there is only one person who has trapped 111. That was Gadget.

The only other two trucks still around with a faster trap are blackx-runner 106.6 and megabitz 107.8...both at sea level and within 1 mph of mine trap of 106.2 at 1300 ft. Needless to say I am at a disadvantage there. Bring us side by side and see what happens.

Secondly and most importantly my truck will trap faster in 2wd. So a roll race in 2wd in my truck will surprise you yet again.

Note to everyone, mine is not the lowest trap speed for a 12 second pass. That would be Gadget 12.85 @ 105.49 ..his best et.

I doubt you'll see anyone but Gadget break that time. I plan to go back myself at hit 12.6, just need the cold weather to come back.

I am shifting manually @ 6200 rpms. You have to time it just right and I was a tad late on the 2-3 so it bounced.

 

Ah. My mistake I thought gadget had trapped a 108 run on that 12 second pass.

As far as drag and roll racing.... yes I do understand it. I wouldn't expect you to be in 4 hi on a roll race.... that would just be down right stupid. Now comes the benefit of our trucks versus yours..... gearing. We have a bit better geared transmission because we are manual. So on a roll race we have that to our advantage. Now the disadvantage is our gearing is fubar for a drag time.... we need a better 1st to 2nd shift. Since we drop out of our powerband. It's pretty annoying. Our trap speeds are worthy of low 12s..... especially gadgets. I would really like to compare your trap speed of 4wd vs 2wd..... I don't think it will be that big of a difference.... i'd say you trap 108.... Why haven't you done a 2wd pass just to compare?

P.S. I can almost guarantee i'll be the first to hit 12s with the MKI kit. So i'll hopefully be chasing you down as well. May not be this year but I am pushing hard for it to be this year.
