    This is exactly what a Toyota should NOT do to a Tacoma. Toyota already has a Tundra if you want a big truck with a V8.

    Stock Tacos are plenty off-road capable, too, more so than a stock Wrangler, which is "bread" for off road (apparently).

    If car companies want to be able to meet the upcoming fleet mileage standards, they should be looking to make SMALLER trucks, not bigger ones!

    I love the body styling of the 2nd gens, but my ideal 2013 taco would look like a 2nd gen, but w/ the dimensions of a 1st gen.

    When I said it needs to be more off road capable I ment the off road and package needs to have larger tires and long travel suspension I'm not saying to tacoma now isn't off road capable I off roading in my 01 Tacoma and it's stock with 2 wheel drive there's nothing wrong with it.
