i recently got a 04 trd dbl cab taco and want to go out camping. im looking for a place in the sonoma area that has beginner off roading and that your allowed to camp at. i do a lot of camping with the family but we always go farther away, places like trinity alps and lake pyramid cuzz i like getting away from familiar scenery. so we never camp anywhere in our area code. so im curious if there were any areas close to sonoma county that fit the bill. i did go camping at lake pillsbury for the first time this summer but wasnt sure where you can wheel so i just chilled on the lake and i dont consider the long dirt road to get there really off roading. any input would be appreciated.
