We've had a lot of hot weather lately in CA and sometimes after work when it's been in the sun all day, the stereo (Standard issue single disc) is completely dead when I start out. After awhile it cools down and starts to work again.Always works in the morning. Took it straight to the dealer after work yesterday and they ordered a new one(Thanks Lompoc)More of an info post than anything else.

    She's gone but not forgotten.
Good to hear the dealer is gonna take care of you. The OEM unit in my 02 skips badly playing CDs when it gets really hot in the cab. It's gonna get replaced someday so I don't worry about it too much.
