2011 Northeast BC Fall Meet OCT 5-9

i have 30 well 27 now we had to let 3 guyz go last week.......
you would be lucky to have me as your boss

 

well here in ny construction is always booming.....never a low point......
the only problem i have is the federal gov. makes us hire 1 guy from the projects as per federial requrments....
i think that is bullshit.....and if we do not hire the required amount of men from the community then the gov. will pull our contracts from us.....
thats b.s.
these guys make the same as my very well trained guyz and thats b.s.

 

and just because i leave early does not mean im playing hookie my job is a 24 hour 7 day a week job 365 days a year...
i am required to dispatch men 24 hours a day for all fires in the city......
and i dont live in a glass house i dont kiss ass i get things done.....this job wasnt given to me i earned it i been here over 12 years...i built these contracts we have...
my job is basically a salery job.......sure im at the beach alot but hell thats why i live where i live......i could not live anywhere without the ocean near and by near i mean 10 mins.......

You do know that a salary job (hell 99% of jobs) require you to actually do something besides call kids and tell them to fix toilets while you are drinking on the beach. Just saying
