today i went out and bought all the supplies needed to turn my grill into a satoshi grill. but nobody had the right mesh. homedepot only had chicken wire and dry-walling mesh. same with ace hardware, i went to TWO different mexican sheet metal shops and either they really didn't have any or they just didn't want to be helpful. i was about to try a refrigeration place for the A/C vent material but as i pulled up the guy said they were closed.

oh and one more thing, should i try and match the metal insert in the hood scoop or the two triangles on both ends of the grill?

thanks in advanced for your input!

As far as in your area I wouldn't know since I'm in Hawaii but I came across this site http://www.customcargrills.com/

They have a wide variety of Mesh to use and different sizes, options for powder coated black. I have heard a lot of people have gone through them. Shipping and price is very reasonable too

this is probably a stupid question but i am assuming that the 16x48 size is the one for the center piece of the grill?
