Have purchased 1 Camry and 2 Tacomas ( '99 & '02 ) from them ...great sales team BUT their service department SUCKS.....my re-calls were about denied ....

    Bill Dube Ford/Toyota, Dover,NH

Started my Toyota experience with these guys in 1981 ;) when I purchased my 1st NEW car....'81 Corolla SR5 ,my 1st Hilux '85 and 5 more Toyotas too follow.............

Their sales department grew arrogant and thats why I traveled north UNTIL re-calls started :( ....

Their service department EARNED my business back..Both the Ball Joint and re-frame were done "spot-on" and going back to "preferred" customer status has made maintainence ea$$$y on my wallet....now when the Camry ages ( 157k) they will get my next purchase....

Stevens Creek Subaru in San Jose, Ca. Haha yes i bought it from a Subaru dealer, it was a trade in. Anyway, the salespeople were great and very helpful. But when it came time to deal with the financial advisor guy he was completely incompetent, gave us almost no information, and didn't speak very good english. It's ok though my truck was worth the headache. =)
