    neglect, mostly.
    saw a guy do that on the street in mexico one time. my brother bought it from him for like 10 bucks. he didnt smear stuff so much. he had a sheet of cardboard and would just tear off little pieces when he need them and use them for corner shots and various edges and stuff. did it lightning quick though. really crazy talent some of those guys have.

    I saw guy like that in Vegas a few weeks ago. Normal to see that kind of artists in Vegas or New York City. Still amazing to watch them work though
