    Update: Account canceled, fee waived. Let's wait and see if they hold up to their end of the agreement and stick to their word. I have signed paperwork proving this in case they try any last second trickery.

    I went in there ready to knock some heads together, I'm normally 99% of the time the use speech as a weapon guy, but sometimes force is needed. Luckily no ones arm got broke, and I feel it was handled very well, very differently than I expected after reading all of the horror stories online. I guess this is just a valuable lesson, never sign anything without reading the fine print, and I always "knew" that, but I guess I really did not practice it. I hope this thread just reminds people to take an extra second to carefully read any contract.
