Cosmetic mods: HID 10k head+3k fog lights, BHLM, T-rex 2 eyelids, billet grill (5 piece), 20% front window tint, 4% back window tint, tinted 3rd brake light, altezza tail lights, LED license plate lights, door skid protectors, slotted drilled rotors,plasti dip rims,painted rotor and drums. Interior mods: TRD seat covers, LED map and dome lights, 2 kicker 10' w/ 500 watt amp, pioneer door speakers,and Pioneer AVIC X930BT.
    it should pass smog..it has the EO number on it #D-210 or D-216..thats all cali should need for smog..if not,then my smog is fucked next smog check

    Unfortunately it isn't a complete number.. the reason i bought these was that i was under the impression that they would pass in Cali because of numbers.. but after about an hour of talking with JBA and the smog shop, i was told that when these were made, the eo emission number thing was in process and that it never went through... so basically you're gonna have to go back to stock to pass Cali smog...or know someone who will pass it.

    how would i know if these are legal then?they have the carb EO number on them..i would think that you would only get an EO if it already passed..these are my headers

    i dont think they would pass, but im not 100% sure on it.. from what i remember, i think they said its supposed to be a 5 digit number
