    I have a 04 yz450f it runs good but one of the lines coming off the carb leading to the underside of the bike always leaks fuel. What causes this and what can I do to fix it? Thanks

    Bestop, Child Seats, petrified french fry, dog hair, empty Mtn Dew cans cracked windshield, scratches.
    those are carb drains, trace the one that is leaking up and see where it goes into the carb. My initial thought is that your float is stuck, allowing too much fuel into the bowl and then onto the ground.

    Its the one that goes into the bottom of the carb.

    It also leaks with the bike off

    yup, sounds like stuck float. doesn't matter if the bike is running or not (unless you're FI) if the petcock is open fuel will travel from the tank, into the carb, and if the float is stuck it'll overvflow the bowl and out the bottom of the carb.

    Yea that makes sense. Its been awhile so Ill probably just go through and tear down the whole carb and rebuild up fresh

    Don't lose any pieces, I did that on my XR this summer and lost some small parts when my father in law took over my work bench for his break job. $30 i had new parts and then when getting ready to install found the old part.:annoyed:
