Make sure if you have wheels that mean anything to you to tell them to take their time and to install the weights from the inside of the rims or use stick-on weights.

I went in for my routine 5,000 tire rotation on my new Duratracs and they marred 3 out of the 4 wheels by hammering wheel weights on the outside. As soon as I noticed them I knew exactly what they were going to look like once they removed the weights. Unfortunately any kind of aluminum cast wheel is not going to go well with wheel weights. Hell about 10 years ago I worked at a tire shop and it was common knowledge as well as common sense NOT to install wheel weights on the outside of aluminum wheels that look the least bit expensive. To make a long story short once they removed the weights when I got back sure enough they were marred to death. After a brief argument eventually they agreed to have all three repaired which is reasonable. I had them write me an invoice to get it all in writing going to call the wheel shop tomorrow.

That is all, carry on Tacoma World. :(
